The journey from Kuching takes around 5 hours and covers some 220km.The journey takes You through lush, scenic countryside doted with small roadside towns, farmhouses, villages, pepper orchards, rubber and oil palm plantations.

Once we reach the Lemanak River you board a motorised longboat for an hour-long thrilling ride! Penetrating the tropical rainforest, travelling upstream against the flow of the water. Along the way you will see many traditional Iban Longhouses, the Ibans are the largest native tribe in Sarawak.

After arriving at our destination, take a dip in the cool waters of the Lemanak River, and prepare to experience true Iban hospitality, the longhouse residents will entertain you with traditional dances accompanied by the melodic rhythm of the gongs.
