Depart from your hotel around 8:30am and start out with a drive up to Canada Hill, Where you will have an overview of Miri Town watched over by the Grand Old Lady, the first well to spout oil in 1910.Your guide will brief you on some history and development of the town, after which a drive along the Miri / Lutong road will take you to the Crocodile Farm and Mini Zoo in Kuala Baram.

We return to the town centre via the oil and gas fields and stop off for lunch in one of the local restaurants. After lunch we'll stop off at one of the many shopping malls, where you can browse around the local art and craft shops for souvenirs.

Next stop is the bustling farmers market commonly known as the "Tamu" where local farmers bring down their jungle produce and goods to be sold.

We return to your hotel around 5:00pm where your tour of Miri ends with your guide showing you some of the local fruits that are available. Sampling is recommended!
